The portfolio consisted of a 3,725 SF branch located at 1600 Coral Way Miami, FL and is situated on a full block parcel with dual hard corners. The sales price was $3,073,100. The second property in the portfolio is a 3,230 SF branch located at 84 Crandon  Boulevard Key Biscayne, FL - an irreplaceable location, which connects to downtown Miami via the Rickenbacker Causeway. The sales price was $3,230,000.
